Shipping:

We are happy to offer shipping within the United States.
Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping rates are calculated at check out based on location and order size.
Delivery times vary by destination, Shop Tuesdays is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please double-check your mailing address as we cannot make changes once your order has been processed. Orders will be sent to the address provided at the time of checkout.
We are not responsible for any orders that are missing once the tracking has been marked as delivered.
We are unable to cancel any order once it is placed.

All Sale Items are Final Sale
All Jewelry is Final Sale.
For hygienic reasons, we do not offer returns and/or exchanges on Jewelry. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 10 days of receiving it and we will make it right!
All other Items may be returned for refund, exchange orstore credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags in tact.
Please note original Shipping Costs are non-refundable.  

Return Process:

To request a return please email us at info@shoptuesdays.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved return instructions will be provided.
Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item(s) arrived damaged or defective.
